Tai Chi & Qigong

Slow, controlled movement combined with breathing, balance, posture, and focus. Excellent for fall prevention, joint health, and calm. Beginners always welcome.

Wellness Classes

Movement, breathing, and habit-building for healthy aging — practical tools to stay strong and capable.

Aqua Chi

Tai Chi principles in the water. Low-impact, joint-friendly, and supportive — a wonderful option if land exercise is hard on you.


Coming This Fall — Golf Longevity

A specialized Tai Chi and fitness program for older golfers: warm up properly, protect against injury, recover faster, and keep improving with age. Launching November.
