Meet Del Summy

I am Del Summy — former Mr. South Bend, NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, and Behavior Change Specialist with continuing education in Advanced Aquacise and Pilates. I have spent 60 years training, learning, and living the principles of strength, movement, and longevity.

At 63, I still train, teach, and practice what I share every day: strength, balance, mobility, breath, and daily discipline. I have rarely been injured in six decades of hard training — and that is not luck. It is method. That method is what I teach.

What I Bring to the Table

My background runs the full range of health and wellness: personal training, nutrition, supplementation, yoga (including Kundalini), energy medicine, and the disciplines of balance, breath, and focus. I can hold my own in a conversation with anyone in this field — and I bring all of it to my students.

My Mission

My focus is simple: help you stay capable, mobile, balanced, confident, and independent for as long as possible. Whether you are stepping into Tai Chi for the first time or you are a golfer who wants more good years on the course, the goal is the same — move better, stay stronger, live younger.
